For the past two decades, Paul Whitfield has concentrated his practice primarily on personal injury and wrongful death. Paul Whitfield is a former municipal attorney trying cases for the City of Charlotte, namely personal injury, contracts and condemnation cases. He also served as prosecutor in the city court. For many years, he served as special prosecutor for local and state law enforcement agencies in what are called public nuisance cases: narcotics, prostitution, gambling and pornography. Over the years, he tried about 125 such cases to successful completion for governments across the state.
